Introduction

ESN Day 2023 was a one-day event revolving around fitness and sports, meant to be inspiring and motivational. More than 8,000 people attended the event at the Rheinmain Congress Center in Wiesbaden, Germany. It featured workshops, seminars, multiple presentation stages, ESN athlete appearances, product launches, posing demonstrations, and challenges aiming to engage fitness and sports enthusiasts.

Our Approach

We began our service in the pre-production phase, using our extensive experience in sports and nutrition media production to develop a cohesive concept for the show. This included designing striking visuals and graphics to enhance the aesthetic of the event and reinforce the stage presentation and branding of the event. Our concept included advanced lighting plans, a detailed all-day live content schedule, and a leading-edge technical setup. We brought a team of 20 dedicated professionals, including technical experts and creative talent, to ensure the delivery of an unparalleled event. The  whole concept was executed with a show caller and a stage manager who ensured its proper execution.

To extend the reach of the event beyond the physical venue, we also streamed the event on YouTube. We ensured that remote attendees had an immersive experience by broadcasting the main stage live and providing commentary during the breaks.

During the event, we also had a team working on a just-in-time production basis, shooting and editing content for social media.
